Vegetarian Garlic Hamburger Pizza
- 6 -8 ounces vegetarian beef substitute
- 1 (7 ounce) package Veggie Shreds cheese, Cheddar flavor
- 1 (7 ounce) package Veggie Shreds cheese, Mozzarella flavor
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 roma tomato, diced
- 1 -3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Pillsbury refrigerated classic pizza crust
- dried pizza seasoning
- In a large pot or frying pan, saute the hamburger substitute with a small amount of water.
- Add garlic.
- Cook thoroughly until no longer frozen, approximately 5-10 minutes.
- Let cool while preparing the rest of the recipe.
- Prepare your dough according to the package instructions.
- Once rolled, evenly cover the dough with a coat of olive oil, adding more to serve as a thin sauce.
- Sprinkle the oiled dough with pizza seasoning.
- The dough shouldn't be smothered with it, but should be delicately seasoned.
- Cover the dough with the "Cheddar" Veggie Shreds and then sprinkle with the hamburger mixture and Roma tomato.
- Top with the "Mozzarella" Veggie Shreds and sprinkle with pizza seasoning once more.
- Bake according to the dough's instructions, approximately 13-20 minutes at 350 degrees, depending on the brand.
- Cut and serve!
