Shaved Asparagus Pizza
- 1 whole Boboli Wheat Thin Pizza Crust
- 1 cup Alfredo Sauce
- 8 ounces, weight Fresh Mozzarella
- 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
- 7 whole Green Onions, Chopped
- 8 whole Stalks Fresh Asparagus, Shaved
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Place crust on a pizza stone or a pizza pan.
- Spread Alfredo sauce around the crust.
- Evenly spread half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Spread mushrooms and green onions.
- Toss shaved asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Place on top of the pizza.
- Use the remaining cheese on top of the pizza.
- Bake for 25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and brown.
- Slice and serve.
