Cream Of Potato Soup Recipe

• 8 or possibly 9 potatoes
• 2 onions
• yolks of 2 Large eggs
• 1 c. rich cream
• salt and pepper to taste
• peas or possibly corn, optional

1. Boil together potatoes and onions.
2. Mash thoroughly in their own liquid.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Beat yolks in rich cream and stir into potatoes.
5. Don't allow soup to boil but cook till Large eggs are slightly cooked.
6. Cooked peas or possibly corn may always be added if you like.
