Pina Colada Slushy

• 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Pina Colada Flavor Gelatin
• 1/4 cup boiling water
• 2 cups ice cubes, divided
• 1 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09

1. Place dry gelatin mix in blender container.
2. Add boiling water; cover.
3. Blend on low speed at least 1 min.
4. or until gelatin is completely dissolved.
5. Add 1 cup of the ice; cover.
6. Blend on high speed until ice is completely melted.
7. Add remaining 1 cup ice and the lemon juice; cover.
8. Blend until smooth.
9. Serve immediately.
