Strawberry Jelly
- 250 grams - 300 grams Strawberries
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 5 tsp Gelatin
- 100 ml Water (for soaking)
- 200 ml Water (boiled)
- 1 few drops Lemon juice
- Rinse, remove the stem, drain, and wipe dry the strawberries.
- Cut the strawberries into your preferred size and sprinkle sugar.
- Dissolve the gelatin in the soaking water and set aside.
- Stir the soaked gelatin mixture into boiled water.
- When the mixture has cooled down, mix in the strawberries.
- Pour into your preferred container and chill to set in the refrigerator.
