Southwestern Chicken Drumsticks

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Dry the chicken and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Place drumsticks in a 9x13 baking dish.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
  5. Pour sauce over drumsticks.
  6. Make sure to turn them in the sauce to get an even coating.
  7. Cover your dish with foil and bake for about 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and turn your drumsticks over.
  9. Bake about another 35-40 minutes, basting with the pan juices often.
  10. Serve hot for best flavor.
