Southwestern Chicken Drumsticks
- 8 pieces Chicken Drumsticks, Skin On
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 4 Tablespoons Melted Buter, Unsalted
- 1/4 cups Fresh Lime Juice - About 2-3 Limes
- 1 Tablespoon Mexican Chili Powder
- 18 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 2 ounces, fluid Jalapeno Hot Sauce
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Dry the chicken and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
- Place drumsticks in a 9x13 baking dish.
- Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
- Pour sauce over drumsticks.
- Make sure to turn them in the sauce to get an even coating.
- Cover your dish with foil and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and turn your drumsticks over.
- Bake about another 35-40 minutes, basting with the pan juices often.
- Serve hot for best flavor.
