Mandarin Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars Recipe
- 1 pkg. orange cake mix
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. soft butter
- 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Combine 1/2 cake mix, water, Large eggs, butter and brown sugar in bowl.
- Mix well, blend in remaining cake mix.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Spread in greased and floured jelly roll pan (15 x 10 x 1 inches).
- Batter will be very thick.
- Bake 20 to 25 min at 375 degrees.
- Cold, cut into bars.
