Caribbean Jerk Chicken

  1. Mix all ingredients except chicken in small shallow dish until well blended.
  2. Dip chicken in dressing mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each piece.
  3. Place in single layer in large baking dish.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  5. Heat grill to medium heat.
  6. Grill chicken 40 to 45 min.
  7. or until done (165 degrees F), turning frequently.
