Champion Chili

  1. Saute the beef in a large skillet.
  2. Put into a large pot and simmer, covered, with onions, garlic, and broth for 1 1/2 hours.
  3. Add the tomato sauce, chili powder, and cumin.
  4. Stir; simmer on low for another hour.
  5. Add water if needed.
  6. Stir occasionally.
