Crustless Custard Pie Recipe
- 1 (13 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk
- 5 Large eggs
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. butter, softened
- 2 tbsp. plain flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- Grease and flour 9 inch pie plate, making sure all areas are well coated.
- Put all ingredients in blender container.
- Cover and blend till well blended.
- Pour into prepared pie plate.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 40-45 min or possibly till knife inserted near center comes out clean.
