Quick Pork and Shrimp Stir-Fry

  1. Heat 1 Tbsp.
  2. oil in wok or large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add pork; cook 5 min.
  4. Remove to bowl.
  5. Heat remaining oil in wok; add broccoli and carrots; stir-fry 3 min.
  6. Add green beans, broth and dressing.
  7. Cook 3 to 5 min.
  8. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  9. Meanwhile, mix soy sauce and corn starch.
  10. Add soy sauce mixture and pork to wok; cook 1 to 2 min.
  11. or until sauce thickens.
  12. Add shrimp; cook 2 to 3 min.
  13. or until shrimp turn pink.
