Quick Pork and Shrimp Stir-Fry
- 2 Tbsp. oil, divided
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 carrots, peeled, thinly sliced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup green beans, blanched
- 1/2 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp. corn starch
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) uncooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- Heat 1 Tbsp.
- oil in wok or large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add pork; cook 5 min.
- Remove to bowl.
- Heat remaining oil in wok; add broccoli and carrots; stir-fry 3 min.
- Add green beans, broth and dressing.
- Cook 3 to 5 min.
- or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Meanwhile, mix soy sauce and corn starch.
- Add soy sauce mixture and pork to wok; cook 1 to 2 min.
- or until sauce thickens.
- Add shrimp; cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until shrimp turn pink.
