Sesame Pork & Green Beans
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (12- to 16-ounce) pork tenderloin, sliced into very thin strips
- 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes Butter
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 medium (3/4 cup) onion, sliced into small wedges
- 1/2 cup water or chicken broth
- 8 to 10 ounces fresh green beans, trimmed, broken in half
- 1/3 cup prepared stir-fry sauce
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seed
- Hot cooked basmati rice
- Place flour and salt in resealable plastic food bag; add pork strips.
- Seal bag; shake to coat pork.
- Melt butter in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until sizzling; add pork, sesame oil and onions.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes or until pork is golden brown.
- Remove pork mixture to medium bowl.
- Place water and green beans in same skillet.
- Cook over medium-high heat until water is boiling.
- Cover; cook 3-5 minutes or until beans are crisply tender.
- Stir in stir fry sauce.
- Add pork mixture; stir.
- Continue cooking 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
- Sprinkle with sesame seed.
- Serve over hot cooked rice.
