Lemon Grilled Shrimp Skewers
- 1 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Clubhouse Vegetable Seasoning
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil
- 1 pound Raw Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- In a Ziploc bag, combine lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, vegetable seasoning, olive oil and shrimp.
- Let it chill out in the refrigerator and marinate for a couple hours.
- After it is done marinading, Spray some oil on your grill and heat it up.
- Now pop those shrimp on some skewers and stick them in the bbq!
- Watch them carefully even if it means leaving the baby crying for you at the screen door for a minute (like I did ... poor sweetie).
- Those shrimp will cook fast and theres nothing worse than overcooked shrimp!
