Onion and Orange Salad (With Evoo)

  1. Peel the oranges removing all the white membrane.
  2. Cut crosswise into thin slices and discard any seeds.
  3. Arrange the orange slices on a large serving dish.
  4. Separate onion slices into rings and scatter over the oranges.
  5. Sprinkle on oregano, season with salt and pepper and then drizzle the oil over all.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
