Buffalo chicken pasta
- 1 box penne pasta
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 lb chicken diced
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp Frank's Hot Sauce
- 1 cup mayo (can use light mayo)
- 1/2 cup Ranch
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- Cook pasta according to package
- Seasoned chicken with salt, pepper garlic and paprika in a ziplock bag shake.
- heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium- high heat and cook chicken for about 5 minutes or until thoroughly cooked then Add Frank's
- In a small bowl combine mayo, ranch and milk and mix (you can add alittle more Frank's if you want it to be spicier.
- Add mixture to chicken cook til heated.
- Combine the pasta and sauce and top with blue cheese crumbles or mozzarella
