Sour Cream Sugar Cookies Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Mix butter, sugar, egg and vanilla thoroughly.
  3. Blend dry ingredients; add in to sugar mix alternately with lowfat sour cream.
  4. Roll out on well floured pastry cloth.
  5. Cut with Christmas cookie cutters and place on a greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake 6 to 8 min or possibly till light touch with finger makes a slight indentation.
  7. Frost and decorate.
  8. These cut out so nice and are softer than the sugar cookies you use lowfat milk or possibly sweet cream with.
