Starbucks-style Scones with Pancake Mix
- 200 grams Pancake mix
- 40 grams Margarine
- 50 ml Water
- 1 pack each Chocolate chunks (white and semi-sweet)
- Put the margarine into a bowl.
- Mix with a spatula.
- I didn't have a spatula so I used a wooden spoon.
- Add the pancake mix and stir it in.
- Then cut 1 cube of DARS chocolate into 2-3 pieces.
- If the pieces are roughly cut, the finished product tastes better.
- White chocolate looks like this.
- Then pour in the water in 2 batches.
- Knead the mixture with your fingers.
- When the dough lumps together, stir in the chocolate pieces.
- Preheat the oven to 170C.
- Line the baking sheet with parchment paper, roll up the dough, and cut into 6-8 pieces.
- Leave spaces between each piece on the sheet.
- Then put them into the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes.
- And then they're done.
- I have leftover sliced almonds, so I added some.
- It's also delicious to add sesame seeds and raisins.
