Blueberry Oatmeal Bread

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Cut in margarine with pastry cutter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Combine eggs, milk and corn syrup; mix well.
  3. Add to the dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
  4. Fold in blueberries. Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Cool loaf in pan 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
  8. Yields 1 loaf.
