Steak Ranchero with Sour Cream

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients until blended.
  2. Pour 1/2 cup over steak in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of steak.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  4. Heat grill to medium heat.
  5. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  6. Grill steak 4 to 6 min.

  8. Remove steak from grill; let stand 5 min.
  9. Meanwhile, cook remaining salsa mixture and 3 Tbsp.
