Honey Merry Christmas Cookies

• 13 cup vegetable shortening
• 1 each eggs
• 1 teaspoon lemon extract
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 13 cup sugar
• 23 cups honey
• 2 3/4 cups flour, all-purpose
• 1 teaspoon salt

1. Mix ingredients.
2. Chill dough 2 to 3 hours.
3. Roll out dough and cut.
4. Sprinkle with colored sugar.
5. Bake at 375F (190C) for 8 to 10 minutes.
