Meat And Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe
- 2 lbs. meat
- 2 teaspoon oil
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 pound broccoli, cut up
- 1 (15 ounce.) can stir fry vegetables, liquid removed
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 6 ounce. frzn pea pods, thawed
- 1 c. cashews, optional
- Prepare sauce mix in small bowl.
- Cut meat and broccoli into bite-size pcs.
- In preheated wok add in oil, garlic, and meat.
- Stir fry till meat is tender.
- Add in sauce mix; cover and simmer for 5 min.
- Add in all remaining ingredients; cook till heated through and vegetables are tender.
- Serve with chow mein noodles or possibly rice.
- Approximately 4-6 servings.
