Mexican Rice
- 1 cup white rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons beef bouillon (Better Than Bouillon Brand)
- Place all ingredients in a rice cooker and set to cook.
- If using the stove, mix the water, bouillon, and chili powder and bring to a boil.
- Add rice, bring to low heat, cover, and simmer until done (about 20 minutes, depending on the type of rice you use).
