Southwestern Quiche

  1. Wisk all ingredients (except the crust) together.
  2. Adjust milk to size of pie plate.
  3. Pour filling into chilled pie crust.
  4. Bake at 350F for approximately 1 hour, or until top cracks.
  5. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve with sour cream.
