Southwestern Quiche
- 6 whole Eggs
- 1/2 whole Chopped Onion
- 1 cup Salsa, Well Drained
- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 1/2 cups Bacon Cooked Crisp And Crumbled
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 whole Uncooked Pie Crust
- Wisk all ingredients (except the crust) together.
- Adjust milk to size of pie plate.
- Pour filling into chilled pie crust.
- Bake at 350F for approximately 1 hour, or until top cracks.
- Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with sour cream.
