Maitake Mushroom & Wiener Sausage Stir-Fry
- 1 pack Maitake mushrooms
- 4 Wiener sausages
- 5 grams Butter or margarine
- 1 dash bit less than 1 tablespoon Mentsuyu
- Separate the maitake mushrooms and cut the wiener sausages diagonally into pieces.
- Heat butter in a pan, and stir-fry the wiener sausages over medium heat.
- When lightly browned, add the maitake mushrooms and continue stir-frying.
- When the maitake mushrooms are soft and wilted, swirl in mentsuyu and toss.
- Simmer for 2~3 minutes and it's done.
