Maitake Mushroom & Wiener Sausage Stir-Fry

  1. Separate the maitake mushrooms and cut the wiener sausages diagonally into pieces.
  2. Heat butter in a pan, and stir-fry the wiener sausages over medium heat.
  3. When lightly browned, add the maitake mushrooms and continue stir-frying.
  4. When the maitake mushrooms are soft and wilted, swirl in mentsuyu and toss.
  5. Simmer for 2~3 minutes and it's done.
