Breakfast Cookies! Recipe
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. light brown sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 10 strips crisp bacon
- 1 c. raisins
- 8 ounce. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 2 c. uncooked oatmeal
- Cream sugars and butter.
- Beat in Large eggs and vanilla till fluffy.
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Add in to sugar/butter mix.
- Mix well.
- Add in remaining ingredients in order; stir after each addition.
- Drop by spoonful on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 min.
- Surprise you kids and let them have a cookie for breakfast!
