Cheesy Beef Salad

  1. Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
  2. Add 2% Milk VELVEETA and milk; cook 5 min.
  3. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
  4. Place salad greens on platter; top with tomatoes, onions and meat mixture.
  5. Serve with dressing.
