Low-Fat Raspberry Summer Sensation

  1. Spoon sorbet into foil-lined 9x5-inch loaf pan; freeze 10 min.
  2. Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
  3. Stir in COOL WHIP; spread over sorbet.
  4. Freeze 3 hours or until firm.
  5. Unmold onto plate; remove foil.
  6. Let dessert stand 10 min.
  7. to soften slightly before slicing to serve.
  8. Top with berries.
