Ted's Salsa Recipe
- 1 (28 ounce.) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 sm. onion, diced
- 3 pickled jalapeno peppers (jar), diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Mix together first 7 ingredients.
- Add in extra virgin olive oil.
- Mix well and chill.
- OPTIONAL: Chop 1 avocado, add in to salsa.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
