Bean and Pancetta Salad

  1. Cook beans in pan of boiling water 3 to 5 min.
  2. or until crisp-tender; drain.
  3. Immediately plunge beans in bowl of ice water; drain well.
  4. Meanwhile, cook pancetta in nonstick skillet on medium heat 2 to 3 min.
  5. or just until crisp, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add onions and nuts; cook and stir 2 min.
  7. or until onions are softened.
  8. Place beans on platter; top with pancetta mixture and cheese.
  9. Drizzle with dressing.
