Mustard Grilled Pork Chops
- 4 boneless pork chops (1/4 in thick, trimmed of fat)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 12 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- heat oil in large frying pan over med heat.
- add chops and cook 4-5 minutes.
- turn chops over and season wee.
- continue cooking 4-5 minutes.
- preheat broiler.
- spread mustard over one side of chops and top with breadcrumbs.
- place in oven broil 3-4 minutes.
- Serve.
