Crescent Brunch
- 1 (8 ounce) can crescent rolls (Pillsbury brown and serve)
- 12 cup ham, sliced and chopped
- 13 cup roasted red pepper, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 4 eggs
- 34 cup milk
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- fresh herb, chopped
- Line a 9x13 inch pan with the crescent roll dough.
- Add ham, roasted red pepper and half of cheese on top of dough.
- Mix together eggs, milk,chopped fresh herbs and seasonings.
- Pour over ham layer.
- Add remaining cheese on top.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
