Crispy Fish With Chipotle Cream

  1. Squeeze lime juice over filet and allow to sit for a minute.
  2. Salt and pepper lightly.
  3. Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder and paprika.
  4. Coat filet with breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Cook fish in skillet over medium heat until crust is golden brown and fish is flaky but still firm, about 3-5 minutes a side.
  6. While fish is cooking, mix the first five ingredients well.
  7. Serve fish over sliced avocado with chipotle sauce.
