Frying Potatoes
- 7 slice Russell Potatoes
- 1 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 Seasoned salt
- 2 cup Grated Colby cheese
- Wash and slices 7 potatoes about 1/4 inches
- Pour in about 1/2 to a cup of vegetable oil into frying pan, let it cook until you see many small bubbles
- Starts pouring in sliced potatoes.
- (My frying pan are small so I cook small amount of potatoes each times) for about at least 20 mins to 35 mins or until you see it becoming off white and soft but crispy
- Take out small potatoes at a times, put them on plate with napkins to soak out the left over oil.
- Sprinkle seasoned salt on potatoes
- Once you done with frying all potatoes, and draining oil out of potatoes, then lay them on cookie sheet, sprinkle 2 cups grated Colby cheese all over them.
- If you want more cheese, you can add more cheese.
- Serve while it's hot
