Chuck roast and pantry beans with hamhock and sausage
- 1 can vegetarian beans
- 1 can northern beans
- 4 each tomatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1 dash paprika
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1 dash onion powder n granulated onion
- 1 dash salt n pepper to taste
- 1 cup fresh diced bell pepper
- 2 can pinto beans (r whatever beans you got in the pantry)
- 1 packages smoked sausage
- 2 large hamhocks
- 7 clove garlic whole
- Place both hamhocks in large pot and let boil for 2hrs
- Chop onion, bell peppers and tomatoes and put onion n bell pepper in with hamhocks.
- DO NOT ADD TOMATOES YET.
- Add whole garlic cloves.
- And let boil
- Once onion garlic cloves and hocks are tender add cans of beans.
- Add all seasonings to taste.
- Cut sausage add to pot and ten mins before beans are done add sliced tomatoes
