Gotta Empanada?

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Brown meat in large skilllet; drain.
  3. Stir in salsa; remove form heat,.
  4. Place 1 crust on baking sheet; top with meat mixture, spreading to within 1-inch of edge.
  5. Cover with cheese and remaining crust; seal edges with fork.
  6. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Cool 5 minutes before cutting into wedges to serve.
  8. SUBSTITUTE: Substitute Tex-Mex for Mozzarella shredded cheese.
  9. SPECIAL EXTRA: Top with 1 small chopped tomato and 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro just before serving.
  10. Serve with a mixed green salad.
