London Broil Sauce Recipe

• 3 tbsp. soy sauce
• 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tbsp. sherry
• 1 crushed clove garlic
• 1/4 teaspoon ginger

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Pour over London broil 1 1/2 hrs before broiling.
