Muenster-Stuffed Raisin Bread

  1. Brush one side of each bread slice with butter.
  2. Place on a work surface, buttered side down.
  3. Drizzle honey over 4 bread slices and top equally with Muenster cheese.
  4. Cover with remaining bread slices, buttered side up, and press together gently.
  5. Place sandwiches on preheated panini grill or in a large skillet over medium heat and cook, turning once is using skillet, for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Serve immediately.
