Pork Bones & Sauerkraut Recipe
- 2 Packages pork bones
- 1 lg. can sauerkraut
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon caraway seed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (opt.)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Pam spray
- Brown pork bones in Pam spray.
- Drain excess grease.
- Add in minced onion, saute/fry.
- Wash sauerkraut, add in to pork.
- Add in 1 1/2 c. water, caraway seed and seasoning.
- Cover and cook on medium heat for at least 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till pork is well done.
- You may add in water as needed.
- Serve with boiled or possibly mashed potatoes and applesauce.
