Pork Bones & Sauerkraut Recipe

  1. Brown pork bones in Pam spray.
  2. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add in minced onion, saute/fry.
  4. Wash sauerkraut, add in to pork.
  5. Add in 1 1/2 c. water, caraway seed and seasoning.
  6. Cover and cook on medium heat for at least 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till pork is well done.
  7. You may add in water as needed.
  8. Serve with boiled or possibly mashed potatoes and applesauce.
