Yuzu Pepper Pasta with Brussels Sprouts and Tuna
- 200 grams Pasta
- 8 to 10 Brussels sprouts
- 1 can Canned tuna
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Yuzu pepper paste
- 1 Black pepper (coasely ground)
- 1 Salt
- Boil water in a pot.
- Cut the brussels sprouts in half lengthwise.
- Drain the canned tuna well.
- Once the water boils, add salt and cook pasta.
- Add into a frying pan, and evenly distribute the yuzu pepper in oil.
- Once heated, place the cut parts of the brussels sprouts cut-side down and cook.
- Once they start to brown, flip them over, and combine well with the tuna.
- Add about 30 ml of pasta water and cooked pasta into the frying pan and mix.
- Adjust taste with salt and black pepper.
- It's done.
