Yuzu Pepper Pasta with Brussels Sprouts and Tuna

  1. Boil water in a pot.
  2. Cut the brussels sprouts in half lengthwise.
  3. Drain the canned tuna well.
  4. Once the water boils, add salt and cook pasta.
  5. Add into a frying pan, and evenly distribute the yuzu pepper in oil.
  6. Once heated, place the cut parts of the brussels sprouts cut-side down and cook.
  7. Once they start to brown, flip them over, and combine well with the tuna.
  8. Add about 30 ml of pasta water and cooked pasta into the frying pan and mix.
  9. Adjust taste with salt and black pepper.
  10. It's done.
  11. The pictures in the steps were taken when made for 3 servings.
