Wedding rehearsal steaks

• 8 lb top sirloin steaks
• 1/4 cup Skye's steak seasonings
• 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin

1. Start the grill used charcoal, oak wood, and pecan wood.
2. Add Skye's steak seasonings to steaks.
3. Put into a zip lock bag.
4. Add oil and vinegar.
5. Let marinade 45 minutes
6. Grill on the grill till desired doneness is achieved.
7. Let sit 10 minutes then dig in!
