Creamy Mac N' Cheese

  1. Heat oven 350F Cook macaroni according to package directions.
  2. Drain.
  3. Melt butter in 3 quart saucepan until sizzling; stir in flour, salt and pepper.
  4. Add milk; cook over med heat; stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens (5 - 7 mins).
  5. Reduce heat to low; stir in cheese.
  6. Cook until cheese is melted (3 - 5 mins) Add cooked macaroni mix well.
  7. Spoon into ungreased 2 quart casserole.
  8. Bake for 25-30 mins or until heated through.
  9. Optional: Add breadcrumbs on top or crushed Buttery Garlic Club crackers.
