10 Minute Santa Fe Rice
- 1 can (10-1/2 oz) (1-1/3 cups)
- 1 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin (optional)
- 2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
- 1 cup canned black beans or kidney beans, drained, rinsed
- Bring broth, salsa and cumin to boil in medium saucepan.
- Stir in rice and beans; cover.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Fluff with fork.
