Chicken Marsala

  1. Slice cutlets thinly.
  2. Season flour with salt & pepper.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour.
  4. lightly brown in butter on both sides.
  5. Remove chicken.
  6. Add fresh sliced mushrooms to butter and brown.
  7. Add additional butter if necessary.
  8. Stir in consomme & Marsala.
  9. Put chicken back in, cover, and simmer for 10 to 15 minute
  10. Serve over pasta!
