Baked Squash and Yams (Vegan)

  1. Layer the squash and yams in a baking dish.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the veggies.
  3. Bake covered @ 350F (180C) (175 C) for ~ 45 minutes.
  4. Finish baking uncovered for another 15 minutes or so.
