Baked Squash and Yams (Vegan)
- 1 pound winter squash peeled, sliced
- 1 pound sweet potatoes, or yams garnet yams, peeled, sliced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup soy milk lite
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste chili
- Layer the squash and yams in a baking dish.
- Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the veggies.
- Bake covered @ 350F (180C) (175 C) for ~ 45 minutes.
- Finish baking uncovered for another 15 minutes or so.
