Beef With Snow Peas And Mushrooms Recipe
- 1 pound beef tenderloin
- Salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp. oil
- 1 onion, minced
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. snow peas
- 1 c. beef stock
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. cool water
- 3 tbsp. minced parsley
- Cut beef into narrow strips against the grain.
- Stir fry beef in oil till brown.
- Add in salt, pepper, onion, mushrooms and peas.
- Add in beef stock and simmer, covered, for 10 min.
- Mix cornstarch, cool water and soy sauce.
- Add in to mix.
- Stir till thick and sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve with rice.
