Beef With Snow Peas And Mushrooms Recipe

  1. Cut beef into narrow strips against the grain.
  2. Stir fry beef in oil till brown.
  3. Add in salt, pepper, onion, mushrooms and peas.
  4. Add in beef stock and simmer, covered, for 10 min.
  5. Mix cornstarch, cool water and soy sauce.
  6. Add in to mix.
  7. Stir till thick and sprinkle with parsley.
  8. Serve with rice.
