Fat Free Cheese Cake

  1. With a mixer, beat cream cheese till well blended.
  2. Add sour ream,stir well.
  3. Add lemon, sugar, and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Pour into crust.
  5. Bake 30 minutes at 300F.
  6. Cool, add topping and then refrigerate.
  7. If making pineapple topping:
  8. Mix cornstarch in with crushed pineapple in a 1-quart microwave-safe bowl; stir.
  9. Add lemon, sugar, and food color till pretty shade of yellow.
  10. Cook 3-5 minutes on high in microwave till thickens.
  11. Let cool.
