Grilled Vegetable & Hummus Sandwich

  1. Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  2. Brush vegetables with dressing; grill 3 to 4 min.
  3. on each side or until crisp-tender.
  4. Spread hummus onto 4 bread slices; top with vegetables and cheese.
  5. Cover with remaining bread slices.
