Tuna Swiss Potato Pie

• 4 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
• 2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
• 1 cup milk
• 4 large eggs, beaten
• 1 cup green onion, chopped
• 12 cup green bell pepper, chopped
• 12 cup sour cream
• 1 (3 ounce) can tuna
• 12 teaspoon garlic powder

1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Pour into lightly greased deep 10 inch pie plate.
3. Bake at 350 degrees in oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until golden brown and crusty.
4. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
