Easy Crab Cakes
- 1 whole Egg
- 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 4 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Green Onion, Minced
- 1/2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 8 ounces, fluid Lump Crab Meat
- 1/2 cups Crushed Butter Crackers
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- Spicy Mayo, To Serve
- In a medium bowl, whisk together egg, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, green onions, and red pepper flakes.
- Gently stir in crabmeat and crumbs.
- Form mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat butter in skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties in skillet until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
- Serve with a spicy mayo.
