Irvixen's Bacon Wrapped Smokies
- 1 packages Little Smokies sausages
- 15 slice bacon, cut into 3rds
- 3/4 cup Packed brown sugar
- 1 Toothpicks
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Line cookie sheet or jelly roll pan with tinfoil and spray with cooking spray.
- Wrap each smokie with bacon piece and secure with toothpick.
- Place brown sugar in a ziplock bag.
- Add wrapped smokies, 3-4 at a time, sealing bag and shaking to coat.
- Place sugared smokies on prepared pan and bake 30 minutes.
